Program Manager, Delivery & Operations

Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of high-priority client delivery programs and internal operational initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring work is structured, aligned, and delivered successfully from planning through execution. Programs may include client implementations, technical integrations, digital product launches, operational transformation initiatives, large-scale operational programs, and live event readiness efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong project and program management fundamentals with experience leading technology, digital delivery, and operational programs in fast-paced environments. We’re looking for someone who can actively drive execution, manage dependencies, navigate blockers, and partner closely with technical, operational, and business teams to move programs forward effectively. You’ll work closely with the VP of Delivery & Operations and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client Success, and external partners to bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to critical initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technology, digital delivery, and operational programs
  • Drive day-to-day program execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, operational readiness, and timelines stay on track
  • Manage client implementations, technical integrations, operational rollouts, product launches, and process improvement initiatives simultaneously
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and external partners to manage delivery sequencing, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, status reporting, and dependency tracking
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and trade-offs, driving mitigation plans and resolution paths
  • Act as the primary program lead across Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client Success, and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities and perspectives
  • Ensure smooth handoffs across implementation, launch, operational support, and ongoing delivery
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted delivery partner
  • Lead structured program cadences including working sessions, executive updates, stakeholder reviews, and operational readiness checkpoints
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, delivery health, operational risks, and critical decisions
  • Support readiness and execution for high-profile launches, live operations, and client-facing events
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working
  • Ensure communication is clear, actionable, and tailored appropriately for technical teams, operational stakeholders, executives, clients, and external partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, delivery, operations, or implementation roles (required)
  • Proven experience managing complex technology, digital delivery, and operational programs end-to-end (required)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client teams, and external partners (required)
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, implementation workflows, operational execution, and process improvement (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments (required)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills (required)
  • Experience driving alignment across both technical and operational teams (required)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through (required)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating shifting priorities (required)
  • Hands-on operator with a strong bias toward execution and ownership (preferred)
  • Strong business, operational, and technical acumen (preferred)
  • Project leader who drives outcomes rather than simply coordinating tasks (preferred)
