Resource Distribution Analyst

As a Resource Distribution Analyst, you will be responsible for effectively distributing the workforce through schedules to support live content coverage. Your primary focus will be aligning team workloads with their contracted hours while meeting operational demands. You will be responsible for scheduling and planning the teams’ daily workflows and maintaining close communication with all relevant RDP stakeholders. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of operational processes.
- Assign coverage based on skills and sport expertise to optimize utilization and service quality.
- Build and maintain daily/weekly rosters and shift plans aligned with demand, and contracted hours.
- Assign and balance hours to maximize utilization while avoiding over/under-allocation.
- Support stakeholders through communications: update rosters and coverage trackers, and record schedule changes (swaps, extensions, cancellations).
- Maintain and update procedures, templates, dashboards, and documentation.
- Strong sense of ownership and professional work ethic.
- Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with structured problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data (Excel/Google Sheets, basic dashboards).
