THE ROLE:

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage day-to-day operations within the Sports Scheduling Planner team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and smooth execution of schedules.
  • Track operational performance and support analysts in high-pressure situations, making real-time adjustments to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Sports Scheduling Planner team members to drive high performance and engagement across the team.
  • Conduct onboarding and deliver final-stage training sessions, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
  • Analyze trends across volume, staffing, and productivity, and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and service performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies in planning and scheduling processes and drive continuous improvements to accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Management teams to align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Communicate scheduling decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operational supervision within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring reliable and accurate outputs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or workforce management tools.
  • Good understanding of administrative processes and Bulgarian labor legislation.
