Customer Support Representative
This role involves working with customer requests via chats and ticketing systems, assisting customers with issues, analyzing problems, and providing effective solutions. You will identify customer needs, clarify information, and research cases to deliver the best possible outcome. Collaboration with colleagues and internal teams is key to improving customer service processes and overall customer experience. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with customer requests via chats and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist customers with issues they face, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and thoroughly research each case to deliver the best possible outcome
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and internal teams to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or a similar role
- Experience working with chat-based support systems and ticketing tools
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
- Experience handling customer requests via calls will be a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and politely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
