Operations Team Lead - iGaming
Growth Leads is seeking a strategic operator to orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously while staying close to execution. As Head of Operations, you will oversee a portfolio of 4-6 projects, manage a team of Product Owners, and drive the operational excellence that enables continued growth. This role requires strong SEO fundamentals and the ability to take direct ownership of a key project while maintaining focus on the entire portfolio.
- Oversee 4-6 projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring strategic alignment across our asset portfolio.
- Act as the bridge between SEO, content, development, and marketing teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
- Manage and mentor Product Owners, empowering them with ownership while providing strategic direction and support.
- Take direct ownership of one important project, executing key SEO and operational tasks to drive performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support our growth trajectory and enable us to scale our portfolio.
- Communicate and coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure project success.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement systems that allow us to scale efficiently as we grow.
- Monitor project health across the portfolio, identifying risks early and adjusting priorities to maximize traffic, clickouts, and revenue.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping plates spinning without dropping the ball.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals - you should be able to execute SEO processes and make informed strategic decisions.
- Extensive prior experience in the iGaming affiliate space is essential.
- Ability to see the bigger picture across multiple projects while understanding the details that matter.
- Comfortable switching between strategic oversight and rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed.
- Experience managing and developing team members, particularly in empowering them with ownership.
