Producer II
We’re looking for a Game Producer who blends creative thinking with strong production discipline. As part of our Game Studio, you’ll lead cross-functional teams through the entire slot game development journey-from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Artists, Engineers, Mathematicians, and QA to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent delivery at every stage. If you thrive in creative environments and enjoy bringing structure, communication, and momentum to teams-this role is for you.
- Manage day-to-day production of multiple slot game projects
- Align teams on goals, timelines, and quality expectations
- Run agile processes like sprint planning, reviews, and backlog tracking
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers quickly
- Coordinate communication across Design, Art, Engineering, and QA
- Ensure builds and features meet quality standards and deadlines
- 2–4 years of experience in game production or project management
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools like JIRA
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Clear communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated gaming environments (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of slot game development lifecycle (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools (Nice to Have)
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows (Nice to Have)
