As part of strengthening the Group Purchasing Department's activities and supplier quality management, FDJ UNITED is looking for a Supplier Quality Buyer apprentice to support the team in its daily tasks. Within the Process & Compliance Purchasing (APC) team, you will collaborate with buyers, operational staff, cross-functional departments, and potentially suppliers. Your role will be in a dynamic environment with a 360° view of Purchasing. Your objective: To contribute to the reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of supplier data and processes related to compliance, quality, and purchasing performance.

Responsibilities
  • You will control, collect, and validate the data necessary for supplier referencing, with an auditability and compliance logic.
  • You will contribute to monitoring the activities of the APC team by feeding dashboards and supplier reports.
  • You will participate in updating the supplier database, anti-corruption compliance analyses, and bank account details (RIB) checks.
  • You will assist the Accounting department in managing blocked invoices and out-of-process purchase requests.
  • You will participate in APC team discussions, audits, and the updating of processes and standard documents – for example, contributing to the creation of tutorials and user training, and disseminating Purchasing best practices within the FDJ UNITED Group.
Requirements
  • You are enrolled in a higher education business school and are pursuing a Bac +4 to Bac+5 degree in Purchasing, Quality, or Supply Chain.
  • You are rigorous, serious, methodical, and comfortable with data analysis.
  • You enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are organized, proactive, and propose solutions to contribute to process improvement.
