Team Lead Copywriters (Native English Speaker)
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Copywriting Team Lead (Native English Speaker) to guide, inspire, and elevate our growing content team. In this role, you will transition from just writing great copy to steering the creative ship-mentoring a talented squad of writers and ensuring the delivery of high-converting, on-brand content across multiple platforms in the fast-paced iGaming and online entertainment space.
- Oversee a team of writers to ensure effective, clear, and timely texts.
- Produce and proofread high-quality English content for PR, SEO, CRM, Guides, proofreading, terms, and detailed casino and sportsbook reviews.
- Write and proofread content for Funnels - Pinned messages, welcome offer messages, short scripts, and push notifications.
- Guide writers towards perfecting their writing style and to follow each brief’s requirements.
- Partner with Social, Design, and Affiliate teams to ensure that the goal of each text is achieved.
- Maintain a consistent voice with clarity and a strict adherence to compliance standards, while providing a fast service that closely follows the brief.
- Use feedback to continuously improve and optimise content.
- Ensure all texts are completely handwritten; AI-generating texts or using AI to generate ‘writing structure’ is strictly forbidden.
- English writer with excellent vocabulary and proofreading abilities. (required)
- Have held a similar management role and 4+ years of professional writing experience. (required)
- iGaming, casino, and sports betting experience is required. (required)
- Strong knowledge of casino tables and autonomous games. (required)
- Willing to work alongside, and manage, a large writing team. (required)
- Strong expertise in conversion copywriting, island the skill to guide other writers in creating compelling offers, CTAs, and "hooks", and long- and short-form writing. (required)
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, including keyword usage, content structure, internal linking, and user intent. (required)
- Comfortable managing high output and meeting strict daily deadlines. (required)
- Excellent English comprehension for understanding briefs and coordinating with international teams. (required)
- Strong drive to check and optimise own texts to the highest level. (required)
