Description

Moonshot is looking for a strategic, results-driven, and experienced Collection Manager & Revenue Operations to join our Finance department. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, leading a dynamic team to optimize collection processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise to drive performance, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance, all while maintaining a focus on achieving company goals and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of collection specialists, focusing on professional development and performance.
  • Develop and execute collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
  • Track team metrics and ensure all collection targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all activities.
  • Conduct regular sessions to enhance team skills regarding industry best practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workflow and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed collection performance reports to senior management and the CFO.
  • Handle collection risk management and perform ongoing situational assessments.
  • Lead the financial and regulatory planning for existing and new revenue streams.
  • Drive growth by streamlining workflows and improving data alignment across different departments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role – Mandatory.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving collection targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory (Finance-related degree – Preferred).
  • CPA certification – A Significant Advantage.
  • High level of English (written & spoken) – Mandatory.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory.
  • Strong skills in data analysis tools to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with worldwide customers and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of collections regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Someone who knows how to provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to a team.
  • Capable of situational analysis, risk assessment, and quick decision-making.
  • You use metrics to drive results and take corrective actions when needed.
  • A team player who can work cross-functionally to streamline processes.
  • Highly organized with a focus on risk management and operational efficiency.
