Junior Trading Support Agent
As a Trading Support Agent, you will be responsible for settling markets for live and completed sports events in real-time, based on the game's progress. This role requires quick decision-making and a strong understanding of betting markets to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Settle markets for live and completed events, including a variety of sports
- Respond promptly to customer support agents’ queries through our communication channels
- Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
- Stay informed about current promotions on our page to ensure markets are settled on time, in accordance with their regulations.
- Solid knowledge of Sports and Betting is mandatory (required)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities (required)
- Knowledge of Sportsbook regulations and promotions (required)
- Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel skills (required)
- Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player (required)
