Continuous research of the target audience, market, trends, and competitors. AI-based image generation and retouching. Creation of visual element templates, search for more efficient tools and approaches, and task automation. Collaboration with designers, team leads, and project managers. Conducting workshops and lectures for the graphic design team. Development of checklists to optimize the design project workflow. Mentoring and reviewing creative materials from the design team.

- Keep up with the latest design trends, constantly experimenting with styles and formats.
- Experience with print design and pre-press production.
- Creative and proactive.
