Growth Product Manager
The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring sustainable product development from both a technical and operational perspective. This includes defining new features, constructing and commissioning operational processes with the Operational Team, and understanding the main operations flow related to crypto withdrawals, crypto-to-fiat exchanges, card products, and media buying payment cards. The role also involves developing functionality for managing and accounting for agents' accounts in platforms like FB and Google.
- The describing of new features in Initiatives, Epics, and escalating them through the Business Analyst to the Development Team
- The construction and commissioning of related operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Team
- Main operations flow with a strong understanding: Crypto Withdrawals, Crypto-to Fiat exchanges, Card Products expertise (Business settings), Media buying-oriented payment cards usage, Cards acceptance issues
- Media buying processes building and main pains of media buying teams (compains organising, financial flow, financial accounting, commercial accounting)
- Development of the functionality of the management and accounting of Agents' accounts (FB, Google, …)
- Working experience 3+ years in the media buying and with payment technologies
- Strong knowledge of the payment industry (cards, crypto, banking payments)
- Experience in media buying, including work with agent accounts (FB, Google, Instagram, etc)
- System growing up experience: participation in the development processes and building of operational processes regarding payment systems for media buying
