Media Buyer
The Media Buyer will be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (YouTube, Discovery), working with audiences, building and developing retargeting funnels, and optimizing campaigns based on CPA / ROI / ROAS. This role involves working with custom conversions, scaling campaigns across assigned GEOs, preparing briefs for creatives, analyzing creative performance, and collaborating with the team. - Launching and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (YouTube, Discovery)
- Working with audiences (Customer Match, retargeting, segmentation)
- Building and developing retargeting funnels
- Optimizing campaigns based on CPA / ROI / ROAS
- Working with custom conversions (FTD, deposits, etc.)
- Scaling campaigns across assigned GEOs
- Preparing briefs (technical tasks) for creatives and analyzing their performance
- Working with attribution and analytics
- Collaborating with the team
- Experience with Google Ads (YouTube, Discovery / Demand Gen; UAC is a plus)
- Experience with retargeting (Customer Match, GA4 / pixel audiences)
- Understanding of a value-driven approach (ROAS, deposits, FTD)
- Experience working with grey-hat verticals and source restrictions
- Experience with cloaking and pre-landing pages
- Strong skills in analytics and attribution
- Experience working with creatives (YouTube and display/banner formats)
