- Analysis of activity and processing of payments based on the received data;
- Processing of tickets/requests from the support service;
- Shift work schedule 2/2, 12 hours, day / night shifts.
- Experience working with large data volumes;
- Multitasking;
- Analytical abilities;
- Work experience in the financial department;
- Work in customer support service;
- Experience with payment systems;
- Good written communication in English and Russian;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Desire to learn and grow;
- Advanced Excel/Google Docs user.
- High level of spoken English;
- Ukrainian language skills will be an advantage.
