Product Manager
This role is for a Product Manager focused on acquisition and funnel optimization within a fast-growing business group. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire user journey from the first visit to the first deposit, identifying and addressing conversion drop-off points, and improving key metrics related to user acquisition and onboarding.
- Own the user funnel from the first visit to the first deposit
- Identify and eliminate conversion drop-off points at every stage of the funnel
- Improve conversion rates between registration, KYC, and first deposit stages
- Analyze the behavior of new users within the product
- Build and prioritize the backlog based on data, tests, and user feedback
- Develop and maintain acquisition metrics systems and dashboards
- Launch A/B tests and evaluate their effectiveness
- Work on onboarding, payments UX, and registration UX
- Optimize the time-to-first-deposit metric
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, CRM, BI, and payments teams
- Create product requirements for the development team
- Synchronize product changes with marketing and communication campaigns
- Improve the efficiency of acquisition channels through product enhancements
- Improve the quality of acquired traffic
- Influence CAC through conversion optimization
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Growth Product Manager
- Experience in gambling / betting
- Experience managing acquisition and funnel products: registration → KYC → first deposit
- Experience working with performance marketing teams and understanding traffic unit economics
- Hands-on experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions
- Experience working with web/mobile funnels, player onboarding, and CRM-triggered communications
- Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and drive them to measurable results
- Experience with analytics tools: Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4 / Tableau / Power BI
- Understanding of key product metrics: CR, CAC, CPA, LTV, ROI, retention rate, activation, GGR, NGR
- Experience working with CIS geos / Tier-2 markets
- Understanding of anti-fraud, KYC, and payment funnels
- Experience working with affiliate traffic
- Experience working with SEO traffic
- Experience working with user personalization and segmentation
- Strong product thinking
- High decision-making speed
