Product Manager Affiliate (promo)
Manage and continuously improve the library of promo materials (landing pages, creatives, banners, etc.).
Oversee analytics of promo effectiveness by GEO and traffic sources; identify growth points and optimize performance.
Develop and manage the R&D direction, focusing on testing new promo formats, technologies, and approaches.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new promotional opportunities.
Ensure high performance and alignment of the design and development teams.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to improve conversion rates through the funnel (registration → first deposit).
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in marketing, affiliate, or promo-focused teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels (from registration to first deposit).
Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.
Proven experience working with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver promo tools or creative materials.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - ability to interpret promo performance metrics and make actionable decisions.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Confident use of project management systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana).
Experience managing or optimizing R&D initiatives related to promo or product tools will be an advantage.
Upper-intermediate English or higher (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and version control for creatives is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
