- Full project management within one marketing business unit, with support of key team workflows and operational processes across two additional business units
- Organization and support of cross-functional interactions
- Task management (Jira, Asana)
- Prioritization and distribution of tasks within the team
- Control of reporting materials and deadlines
- Management of analysis and reporting
- Team development support
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing environment
- Deep understanding of marketing processes
- Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Asana
- Experience in building new processes, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions
- Experience working with large cross-functional marketing teams will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement areas, and build effective system and workflow solutions
