Description

Playtech's ECM unit is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator with strong Excel and communication skills to join our team onsite. You will provide administrative and planning support to the CSD Coordinator and Head of Delivery. This includes processing engineer timesheets, maintaining service records, coordinating travel and logistics, managing fleet administration, and supporting weekly job scheduling. You will also assist with quotations, chargeable work, informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment, and on-call rota preparation. Additionally, you will produce sales and trend reports for internal and customer-facing use, track game spend and other key metrics, and present insights to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Processing Engineer timesheets and calculating overtime and dispensation.
  • Maintaining service records and coordinating travel and logistics.
  • Managing fleet administration, including vehicle hire and tracking.
  • Supporting weekly job scheduling, Service Calendar updates, and communication with engineers and clubs.
  • Assisting with quotations, chargeable work, informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment, and on-call rota preparation.
  • Produce sales and trend reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) for both internal and customer-facing use.
  • Track game spend and other key metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy in both written and verbal communication.
  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Feel confident communicating over the phone.
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Are flexible and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
