Early Talent Recruiter

Description

Super Technologies is investing in the next generation of Product & Technology talent, and we’re looking for an experienced Early Talent Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts for graduates, interns and junior profiles across multiple markets. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with universities, student communities and early-career networks, design and deliver attraction strategies, and help shape how top emerging talent enters the Super ecosystem globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global hiring for graduates, interns and junior roles across Product & Technology teams (Engineering, Product, Data, QA, UX/UI Design, PMO and related areas).
  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand talent needs, forecast entry-level requirements and advise on early talent strategies.
  • Design and execute sourcing and attraction campaigns across multiple markets, building a strong and diverse pipeline of high-potential early-career candidates.
  • Own and develop internship and graduate programmes , including recruitment campaigns, assessment planning, onboarding support and full-cycle conversion tracking.
  • Conduct CV reviews and interviews, assessing candidates for capability, mindset and cultural fit, hiring based on potential, not tenure.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging and inclusive candidate journey from first contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Manage and nurture talent pools using proactive outreach, social media, referrals, tech communities, university channels and networking.
  • Represent Super Technologies at career fairs, university events, hackathons, tech talks and graduate job fairs across different geographies.
  • Partner with Marketing/Brand to create messaging and content tailored to early career audiences (social media, student communities, campus materials).
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, bootcamps and student organisations worldwide.
  • Coordinate with HR, People Ops, Talent Management & Development and TA colleagues to refine processes, improve interview flows, and scale best practices across regions.
  • Support external partnerships when needed (career services, student groups, graduate recruitment providers).
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Careers Recruitment, with a proven track record hiring graduates, interns or junior profiles (ideally in Product & Tech environments).
  • Experience designing or owning graduate hiring cycles, internship programmes or campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Confident advising hiring managers and shaping talent decisions.
  • Sourcing experience across LinkedIn, job boards, campus platforms, and tech communities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple processes, markets and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Enjoy representing the brand externally, speaking to groups and inspiring future talent.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (we use Greenhouse ) and take a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Comfortable traveling to events, universities and talent fairs as needed.
