Marketing Communications Coordinator
As Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be the connective tissue of our marketing function - aggregating activity across departments and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements set by the Hellenic Gaming Commission (ΕΕΕΠ). You will report directly to the Marketing Director and serve as a key operational hub across the team.
- Cross-department coordination
- Aggregate and track all marketing activities across Content, Social Media, Sponsorships, and Media Buying.
- Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Regulatory submissions (ΕΕΕΠ)
- Prepare, organise, and submit commercial communications plans to the Hellenic Gaming Commission.
- Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with current Greek gaming advertising regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all submissions and approvals.
- Communications planning
- Support the creation and maintenance of integrated marketing communications calendars.
- Assist in briefing internal teams and external partners on campaign requirements.
- Reporting & documentation
- Produce regular status updates for the Marketing Director.
- Maintain organised documentation of campaigns, approvals, contracts, and regulatory filings.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in a marketing communications or project coordination role
- Has prior experience in the gaming, sports betting, or a similarly regulated industry -required
- Has solid understanding of Greek advertising regulations applicable to gaming and sports betting
- Has experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments simultaneously
- Has strong organisational and project management skills - comfortable owning processes end-to-end
- Is fluent in Greek and has a professional level in English - both written and spoken
- Is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
