Associate Internal Control Analyst

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Internal Control Analyst to join our Gaming Risk Management and Internal Control Team in Singapore. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in risk management within the global gaming industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior team members in performing risk assessments and internal control reviews across various business units.
  • Execute control testing procedures and maintain clear, accurate documentation of findings and business responses.
  • Liaise with different departments to collect data, follow up on remediation plans, and ensure timely project updates.
  • Contribute fresh perspectives to help identify opportunities for streamlining control processes and enhancing organisational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing drafts for internal reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
  • Recent Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computing or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience; previous internships in audit, risk management, or consulting are highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is essential for collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools and AI tool is a plus.
  • A proactive learner with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Related professional certification such as CPA, CIA is a plus.
