Responsibilities
- Assist in updating content, templates, and translating documents (English and Chinese) for our compliance knowledge sharing centre.
- Support market compliance research related to the gaming industry, including tracking regulatory developments across different regions, conducting desk research, and assisting in the preparation of compliance analysis reports and summaries.
- Work with our in-house designer to design compliance course posters & marketing materials, assist in releasing course learning notifications, organizing course enrollment, and completing the collection of post-course feedback.
- Assist in project management on a compliance platform development work including user requirement gathering and perform testing.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Ability to proficiently handle Chinese and English documents.
- Good in Microsoft Office, experience with design software like Photoshop is a plus; able to design updates and promotional materials according to PSD source files.
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week, ideally full-time, with an internship period of 3 months or more.
- Responsible, attentive, patient, with clear logic, strong execution, and excellent communication skills.
