About the role

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly by managing vendor relationships and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports with high accuracy to ensure timely payment cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to secure proper invoice approvals and gather necessary supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and vendor statements to maintain financial integrity.
  • Manage professional communications with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and payment discrepancies.
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit requests by organizing and providing essential financial records.
  • Maintain digitized filing systems and assist with vendor onboarding to ensure compliance with established accounting procedures.
