Description

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a critical, independent strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance within the US Gaming and WW Pay Domains. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Commercial Finance, you will actively partner with the business, execute core FP&A cycles and own the delivery of specific, high-impact commercial projects. This role demands strong analytical capability, a proactive approach to leading your own remit, and the ability to influence key stakeholders worldwide while aligning priorities with global Finance leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Strategic Co-Pilot: Drive performance-based discussions with WW Commercial and Operations leadership, moving beyond data delivery to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Executive Influence: Distill complex financial performance into high-level insights for management, collaborating on executive-level presentations that shape company strategy.
  • Master the Forecast: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles for your domains, ensuring they aren't just projections but accurate roadmaps for the business.
  • P&L Stewardship: Take full ownership of Domain P&Ls and regional OpEx, proactively flagging risks and identifying cost-saving or revenue-generating levers.
  • Visualize Success: Design and maintain sophisticated KPI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable visibility into regional performance.
  • Help build and refine the 'Trustly Playbook' for commercial finance, automating manual reporting to shift the team's focus from data gathering to strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with Group FP&A, Accounting, and Data Analytics teams to enhance data quality, improve internal reporting tools, and automate finance processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
  • Proven track record in the FinTech, Payments, or high-growth Tech sectors.
  • Understanding of P&L management and experience supporting specific business units or geographic regions (US market experience is a major plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills and mastery of financial modeling.
  • Ability to explain a variance or a complex financial model to a non-finance stakeholder in a way that is clear, concise, and compelling.
  • High degree of autonomy and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Benefits
  • Flexible paid time off & generous PTO accrual plans
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other insurances
  • FSA & HSA plans for medical and dependent care
  • Home office set-up allowance
  • Internet stipend
  • Retirement plan match for 401k and RRSP
