  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch industry-changing capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of KPI-driven results and "people-first" enablement.
  • Serve as a key advisor on regulatory shifts, ensuring all partnerships meet global standards for risk-controlled money movement.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in the payments ecosystem (Acquiring, Issuing, Wallets, or FinTech).
  • Experience at a major player (e.g., PayPal, Mastercard, or Citi) is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of payment rails (ACH, SEPA, PIX, etc.) and the integration of financial technology.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-million dollar enterprise deals with global financial networks.
  • Deep understanding of Real-Time Payments, and Generative AI’s role in enterprise value.
  • Managed cross-functional teams and have a reputation for developing talent that moves into senior leadership.
Benefits
  • Flexible paid time off & generous PTO accrual plans
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other insurances
  • FSA & HSA plans for medical and dependent care

  • Retirement plan match for 401k and RRSP
  • Gender-neutral paid parental leave, and more!
