Business Assistant, Operational Support

The Business Assistant plays a key supporting role across all these areas, and we’re currently seeking a self-motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations, to help facilitate and optimize our business processes.
- Work closely with senior management to determine areas for improvement and facilitate execution
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and other administrative tasks
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned
- Support the coordination of initiatives and events
- Maintain accurate records of the management budget
- Provide day-to-day operational support by addressing issues, resolving requests, and ensuring efficient workflow
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- BSc/BA in Office Administration or similar relevant field
- Proven administrative experience of at least 2 years
- A solution-focused mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
