Junior Product Manager
The Junior Product Manager supports the development and execution of product initiatives within his/her product. This entry-level role is designed to build foundational product management skills by working closely with experienced PMs, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. The Junior PM gains exposure to all phases of the product lifecycle while contributing to product improvements and user value delivery.
- Oversee all stages of product development from ideation to retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases.
- Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, aligning product goals with overall business objectives in support with higher level PMs.
- Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessment to shape roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of product plans.
- Provide clear direction and support throughout the product lifecycle to ensure cross-team alignment.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and executives on progress, issues, and market impact.
- Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and communication in collaboration with marketing and sales.
- Contribute to the development of promotional strategies, launch materials, and product documentation.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Recommend improvements to product lines based on user feedback, market research, and business performance.
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports for internal teams and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Experience conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback analysis.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-informed decision making.
- Background in SaaS or digital platform development is a plus.
