Engineering Project Manager

We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. This is an on-site position based at our office in the Lisbon Metropolitan area. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team. Are you ready for an international move? We're seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Portugal.
- Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution.
- Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting.
- Team coordination.
- Project risk management.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Managing team experience.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs.
- Advanced verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of time management.
- Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.
- PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.
