Product Manager
BrainRocket is looking to hire a Product Manager to join their team and make their contribution to our products. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a sweepstakes gaming product, from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. The Product Manager will define the product strategy and roadmap, translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams, and scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. They will work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources and drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members.
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a sweepstakes gaming product, from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry - is a must. Experience in sports betting, poker, or iGaming, with knowledge of regulated markets and loyalty programs is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Data analytics skills

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Good understanding of online Casino operation
- Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.)
