Software Engineer III- ServiceNow
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications with proficiency in Object Oriented Programming Languages (Java, .Net, and Javascript etc.) with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform. Build scalable back-end services and components to support integrations, data processing, and automation workflows that connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Architect and implement integration solutions connecting ServiceNow with HR platforms, Identity, and Infrastructure platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server. Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to drive intelligent automation within ServiceNow, including predictive intelligence, virtual agents, and AI-assisted workflows. Design and develop automation frameworks that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate service delivery across the enterprise. Develop and configure ServiceNow applications including server-side scripting, client-side development (Service Portal), and platform administration. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for custom applications and ServiceNow deployments, ensuring smooth promotion across dev/test/prod environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, HR, Infrastructure) to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and API contracts. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the ServiceNow platform, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes. Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability to enterprise automation and ServiceNow platform enhancements.

- 5 – 8 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in any programming language. (required)
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including application development, scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript), and platform architecture. (required)
- Proven experience building integrations between enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub. (required)
- Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities for automation, including ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence or similar AI-driven tools. (required)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, source control integration, automated deployments). (required)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and ServiceNow Service Portal. (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems. (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. (required)
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module (HR Service Delivery) including case management, lifecycle events, and employee center. (nice-to-have)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, or similar) and their application in enterprise automation. (nice-to-have)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist. (nice-to-have)
