UX/UI Designer Specialist
You will join the Marketing team and will be actively involved in collaborating with your manager and stakeholders to analyse business needs and functional requirements, transforming them into user-centric solutions. You will develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring a balance between usability and aesthetics. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of the designed solutions, resolving any design and interaction issues with the team's support. You will optimise UI components to improve the usability and efficiency of interfaces, based on feedback received from stakeholders and development teams. You will apply the guidelines defined in the Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency, and contribute to its continuous improvement through operational feedback. You will support UX Research in creating usability tests. You will monitor and adopt best practices and new design trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Support UX Research in creating usability tests
- Monitor and adopt best practices and new design trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Diploma and/or Degree in Design (Communication Design, Product Design, or related degrees) (required)
- At least 3 years of experience in the role (required)
- Intermediate knowledge of rapid sketching and communicating journey and interface ideas (required)
- Communication skills to present your work during presentations and/or workshops (required)
- Collaborative spirit, ability to share your skills, and openness to diverse abilities to complement your own (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of English (required)
