Product Manager

Description

We’re looking for a B2B focused Product Manager to lead a key partner-facing digital proposition within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a unique hybrid role sitting across product, commercial strategy, and platform ownership, where you will define both the near-term partner experience and the long-term scalable model that can be reused across multiple future partners. You will own the end-to-end direction, prioritisation, and outcomes of the proposition, ensuring we deliver a high-quality, commercially successful, and scalable digital experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of our key partners digital product
  • Define and drive commercial and product outcomes aligned to business goals
  • Ensure the solutions are scalable, configurable, and reusable across future partners
  • Act as the senior decision-maker for product direction and prioritisation
  • Shape CMS and platform capabilities to support partner requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define outcomes and delivery priorities
  • Lead stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners
  • Define success metrics and use data to continuously optimise performance
Requirements
  • Strong experience in B2B product management
  • Proven ability to operate across product, commercial strategy, and platform delivery
  • Experience with CMS-based, configurable, or platform-driven digital products
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience defining and tracking KPIs
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical product delivery mindset
  • Experience in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or complex digital environments
  • Bonus experience: Exposure to AI, automation, or scalable digital product models
  • Bonus experience: Experience with headless CMS or multi-tenant platforms
  • Bonus experience: Background in building reusable, partner-facing digital solutions
