Material Handler I (Swing/Grave)
As a Material Handler at IGT, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Reno logistics operations running efficiently. Working under direct supervision, you’ll take on hands-on tasks that help maintain the organization and flow of our Raw Materials Warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, detail-focused work and takes pride in keeping materials moving accurately and on time to support our production teams.
- Complete cycle count documents using RF equipment.
- Perform plant-to-plant movement of inventory.
- Restock pallets and floor picking locations.
- Consolidate inventory and perform key bin-to-bin movements.
- Reconfigure beams and mesh for inventory slotting needs.
- Utilize computer systems to document and manage logistics tasks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience in logistics or warehousing.
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform basic inventory control math.
- Ability to use a computer for essential tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time 5:00pm to 3:30am shift.
- The estimated starting compensation for this position is $18/hr.
