Process Associate
IGT is seeking a Process Associate to support People & Culture (P&C) shared services through high-volume HR transaction processing, data management, and operational support activities. This role is responsible for executing standardized processes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency while supporting data integrity, service quality, and operational excellence within a global shared services environment. The Process Associate plays a critical role in ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within established service level expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Process HR transactions within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to maintain data integrity and transaction accuracy.
- Execute standardized processes in accordance with documented SOPs and service standards.
- Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, transaction errors, or process issues as appropriate.
- Support audit activities, reporting requirements, and data validation efforts.
- Maintain process documentation and assist with updates to SOPs and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with Employee Services team members on transaction-related activities and workflow execution.
- Utilise HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 to support operational activities.
- Support testing activities for system updates, process changes, and operational enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, shared services, HR operations, or data processing environments.
- Experience working in high-volume, process-oriented environments.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience performing data validation and quality checks.
- Ability to identify and escalate operational issues appropriately.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; Excel experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
