Senior HRIS Analyst
IGT is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through advanced configuration, system analysis, and process optimisation. This role is responsible for leading technical configuration workstreams, managing complex system enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains, and supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors, the system of record, ensuring accurate system setup and functionality
- Lead technical configuration workstreams and complex system enhancements, serving as an escalation point for system-related issues
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and configurations
- Support process mapping and system optimisation initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through data validation, reporting, and resolution of system or data issues
- Support HRIS projects and system enhancements, including testing (UAT), deployment, and release activities
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on system updates and integrations
- Maintain system documentation and support SOP updates
- Support implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives
- Utilise HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains
- 5–7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred)
- Experience with system configuration and enhancements
- Experience with process mapping and system analysis
- Experience troubleshooting system or data issues and identifying root causes
- Experience supporting system testing (UAT), releases, or enhancements
- Ability to analyse HR data and identify trends or inconsistencies
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
