Senior B2C Product Manager

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own our B2C product focused on lead generation, which sits at the core of Moonshot’s future revenue engines. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with wide ownership over user acquisition and conversion funnels, leads routing logic and monetization - from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and optimization. You’ll work closely with your business unit’s partners and Product guild members. The role requires strong product skills and leadership, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own major lead-generation product areas end-to-end: discovery, strategy, execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Be accountable for product outcomes, including conversion rates, lead validation logic and quality, and funnel efficiency.
  • Translate business and growth goals into clear product initiatives and priorities.
  • Lead optimization of high-traffic B2C funnels - landing pages, forms, onboarding, and conversion flows.
  • Identify friction points and drop-offs using data, user behavior analysis, and qualitative insights.
  • Work closely with Product Designer to improve clarity, trust, motivation, and conversion.
  • Drive structured A/B tests with CRO.
  • Spec API integrations with different services and tools.
  • Define and track KPIs such as conversion rate, CPL, lead quality, activation, and downstream performance.
  • Partner with Data and BI to ensure reliable tracking, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Use data to prioritize, validate decisions, and communicate impact.
  • Work hands-on with Engineering, Design, Marketing, PPC, and Data teams.
  • Write clear PRDs, specs, and user stories; review flows and make product decisions in real time.
  • Lead decision-making in complex, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Communicate trade-offs, priorities, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help maintain strong, scalable product practices and execution standards.
  • Leave behind clear documentation, context, and decision rationale.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C, growth, lead gen, or scaled consumer products.
  • Proven experience defining and spec-ing technical API integrations, including writing clear requirements, edge cases, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience owning conversion funnels with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence making data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with designers on UX-heavy problems.
  • High sense of ownership; comfortable operating independently and moving fast.
  • Experience in performance marketing or revenue-driven environments (Advantage).
  • Experience in AdTech and/or FinTech environments (Advantage).
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector and with the US consumer market (Advantage).
  • Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (QuickSight, GA, Mixpanel, etc.) (Advantage).
  • Understanding of lead quality, attribution, and downstream monetization (Advantage).
  • Experience working with CMSs, landing page builders, or experimentation platforms (Advantage).
