Responsibilities
- Experience in managing company benefits.
- Experience in launching benefits for new offices/locations.
- Implemented internal communication projects.
- Experience conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
- Experience working with insurance, sports clubs, and benefits cafeteria programs.
- Analyzing the demand and feasibility of existing benefits and improving them.
- Calculating the cost and attractiveness of new benefits (new types, new locations) for employees.
- Implementing benefits: drafting policies, internal communication, working with providers, analyzing effectiveness.
- Conducting audits "upon request."
- Analyzing market practices.
- Maintaining the knowledge base in Confluence, drafting new policies.
- Administering accruals/deductions, coordinating with other departments (L&D, Admin, Finance, Events).
