Senior FP&A Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to partner with Global sales leadership and the Revenue Optimization Office to drive periodic revenue reporting while delivering on short and long-term financial forecasting commitments. You will play a critical role in providing insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth across our business units. As a member of the Global Commercial FP&A team, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, and market trends to provide accurate forecasts, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Drive revenue accrual processes and reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintain and analyze financial reporting files, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Provide insights and detailed reporting on performance across various business segments against multiple scenarios
- Drive reporting automation and improvements to give insight at multiple levels into performance drivers and high visibility initiatives
- Leverage Sportradar’s software capabilities to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Develop a dynamic revenue forecasting model in partnership with our data teams that can be utilized for short and long range planning
- Manage our developing markets and product catalog to ensure alignment with the product business and sales teams
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with Power BI and OneStream is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Drive and energy for continuous improvement and continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends in the industry
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple locations
- The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
