Internship - IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician Intern, you’ll provide first-line technical support to help us operate at our best. This role is for individuals passionate about technology and assisting others, offering a chance to gain practical experience within a robust internal tech infrastructure.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help onboard new team members with account setup and device provisioning.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Support office tech (printers, conference rooms, etc.) and remote teams.
- Passion for technology and helping others.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn about IT infrastructure and security.
- Conversational level of English language.
