AI Software Engineer III

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic AI Software Engineer to assist in the development and implementation of AI solutions for Tencent's overseas game studios to improve the game development and operation efficiency. The ideal candidate will work in the agile team, adopt cutting-edge technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLM to design and deliver the AI empowered services/solutions in the complex system that meet fast-growing business requirements, included but not limited: fine-tuning the LLM, design and implement the AI Agent System with opensource frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, etc. We are looking for a quick learner, a positive, self-motivated, and passionate person who is independent, insistent, and open-minded.

Responsibilities
  • Fine-tuning the LLM.
  • Design and implement the AI Agent System with opensource frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, etc.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master’s or PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG.
  • Knowledge in one or more Open-Source AI Agent Frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python development is essential.
  • Knowledge in Git, Jenkins.
