Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Game Operation Intern to support the publishing and promotional operations of Delta Force across PC, mobile, and console platforms in the Japanese market. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming-especially FPS titles-and thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural environments.

As a member of the game operations and promotion team, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating a wide range of activities including PR, esports, influencer collaborations, events, and community engagement. You will also be expected to analyze market trends and player feedback to help refine and optimize publishing strategies.

Support and execute publishing-related tasks for Delta Force across three platforms (PC, mobile, console) in the Japanese market.

Carry out, track, and summarize promotional activities related to publishing, including PR, esports, KOLs, events, community engagement, and public opinion monitoring.

Conduct research and analysis on the Japanese market, users, and competitors for FPS (First-Person Shooter) games, monitor market sentiment, and provide valuable feedback and suggestions.

Demonstrate strong execution and a high sense of responsibility by coordinating project resources across different teams.

Communicate with HQ and Japanese vendors regarding publishing-related matters (both spoken and written in business-level language).

Translate game and publishing-related documents and materials.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented, strong execution skills, clear logic, and strong organizational ability.
  • Passionate about gaming, with a good understanding of the gaming industry and FPS game ecosystem; familiarity with gaming industry terminology. Experience in game marketing is a plus.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, solid logical thinking, problem-solving skills, proactive execution and initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
  • Experience living in Japan or working in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written business-level Chinese and Japanese.
Benefits
  • Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)
  • Fixed overtime pay included (35 hours/month for general employees, 10 hours/month for management)
  • Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30 with a 60-minute break; flextime available
  • Fully two-day weekend (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
  • Paid leave: Prorated based on start month in the first year, up to 22 days based on years of service
