Global Publishing PM (Japan) | Overseas Publishing PM (Japan)

This role involves developing game launch strategies based on the characteristics, trends, and user needs of the Japanese market. You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining publishing resources in Japan, including vendors and resource providers, to drive product release and development. The position requires understanding Japanese community, content, and KOL management methods to build overseas communities for new games, manage users, operate official accounts, acquire high-quality users, and monitor public opinion. Additionally, you will organize and accumulate experience in overseas community publishing processes and resources, including those in Japan.

• Develop game launch strategies based on the characteristics, trends, and Japanese user needs.
• Responsible for expanding and maintaining publishing resources in Japan (including, but not limited to, vendors and resource providers) to drive product release and development.
• Understand Japanese community, content, and KOL management methods to be responsible for building overseas communities for new games, user management, official account operation, high-quality user acquisition, and public opinion monitoring.
• Organize and accumulate overseas community publishing experience (overall processes, publishing resources, etc.), including in Japan.

• 3+ years of community management experience (e.g., Discord, Twitter) with a strong understanding of game publishing platforms and deep knowledge of building game communities and communicating with users.
• Passion for games with extensive experience in PC and mobile games; keen sense for new games, ability to quickly grasp user preferences, and formulate community management plans.
• Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation between teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
