• Analyze client architectures and deliver containerization solutions optimized for their specific use cases, with a focus on Kubernetes.
• Design and implement cloud native architectures using Kubernetes and related technologies, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Provide expert technical guidance on Kubernetes best practices, container orchestration, microservices, and DevOps methodologies to clients.
• Collaborate with product research and client teams to resolve technical issues efficiently, improving overall client satisfaction.
• Partner with sales teams to develop customized Kubernetes-based solutions and proposals, aligning with client needs and business goals.
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives both internally and externally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux server development or operations.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes with a deep understanding of scheduling, monitoring, networking, and storage solutions within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes offerings from public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Tencent Cloud, with extensive hands-on experience.
• Experience in containerizing applications, big data, or AI services is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in both Japanese and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively in both languages.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments, demonstrating excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
