Responsibilities
- Analyze client architectures and deliver containerization solutions optimized for their specific use cases, with a focus on Kubernetes.
- Design and implement cloud native architectures using Kubernetes and related technologies, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide expert technical guidance on Kubernetes best practices, container orchestration, microservices, and DevOps methodologies to clients.
- Collaborate with product research and client teams to resolve technical issues efficiently, improving overall client satisfaction.
- Partner with sales teams to develop customized Kubernetes-based solutions and proposals, aligning with client needs and business goals.
- Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in public cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles.
- Expertise in cloud computing technologies, including experience with KVM, Xen, or LxC virtualization.
- Solid understanding of system architectures and the ability to address industry-specific ecosystems and business needs.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with local clients and regional teams.
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the South Korean market, particularly in industries such as gaming, finance, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with or supporting local enterprises in adopting cloud technologies.
- Proactive and dependable, with strong execution abilities and a collaborative mindset.
