QA Engineer
888 is looking for a talented, experienced and highly motivated QA Engineer to join a strong group developing one of the world’s leading online gaming brands. The role involves testing large-scale back-end systems, databases, and end-to-end flows using the latest technologies and practices.
The successful candidate will work within an agile scrum team and be responsible for the quality assurance of the team's output. The role requires close collaboration with developers, system analysts, product managers, and other QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery from the QA environment through to post-production.
- Writing testing documents such as STR, STD, STP, etc.
- Fully understand logical designs and BRD and build thorough testing plans accordingly.
- Complete all tests procedures needed from the QA environment to post-production.
- Working in agile methodology, part of a scrum team, and responsible for the Quality assurance of the team.
- Generate complex testing procedures.
- Working closely with development, System analyst, product managers, and other QA teams in the company.
- At least 4 years of experience in server-side testing (required)
- Ability to see the full picture from the requirement, through the physical implementation till the user end (required)
- Experience with testing server-side (required)
- Understanding of software lifecycle (required)
- Proven technical skills (required)
- High-level English (required)
- Computer science degree or equivalent (nice-to-have)
- Experience with TFS, MTM, SoapUI, SQL, web services (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge and understanding of the agile methodology (nice-to-have)
