Alts Digital is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to take ownership of one of its largest organic products within the Brazilian iGaming market. This role extends beyond traditional SEO and content management, requiring the successful candidate to ensure core website features remain accurate, relevant, and continuously evolving.

This is a hands-on position that operates at the intersection of SEO, product development, and content strategy. The manager will be responsible for both the strategic planning and the execution of growth initiatives, leveraging AI and automation to build scalable workflows that drive organic traffic and business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day management of the website and its core content features.
  • Execute the organic roadmap together with Product and SEO.
  • Keep core website sections continuously updated through day-to-day improvements and content maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing features or launch new product-led content experiences.
  • Coordinate with the PR & Outreach team to support campaigns, digital PR initiatives and content opportunities.
  • Monitor the Brazilian betting market, following campaigns, promotions, new operators and product launches across major sportsbooks.
  • Transform market insights into new landing pages, website features and organic growth initiatives.
  • Use AI as part of your daily workflow to improve research, content management and operational efficiency.
  • Design scalable workflows that reduce manual work through automation.
  • Track organic performance and continuously optimise based on traffic, engagement and business impact.
Requirements
  • Strong SEO experience with proven ownership of a large content website (required).
  • Previous experience in iGaming (preferred).
  • Comfortable managing websites rather than simply producing content (required).
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, internal linking and content strategy (required).
  • Curious about Product and excited to build features that generate organic traffic (required).
  • Comfortable using AI daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) (required).
  • Experience thinking in systems and automation rather than manual execution (required).
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs (required).
  • Able to identify market opportunities and execute quickly (required).
  • Native Portuguese (PT-BR) and Fluent English (required).
  • Experience with sports betting or casino products (nice-to-have).
  • Experience launching SEO features, programmatic pages or scalable content products (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or headless CMS) (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation tools or AI-assisted publishing (nice-to-have).
  • Product mindset with the ability to prioritise based on business impact (nice-to-have).
