Talent Sourcer
As part of the Talent team at Ancient Gaming, the Talent Sourcer will actively identify niche talent across the industry. The role involves bringing a creative approach to sourcing and discovering passive candidates by focusing on search across various platforms beyond LinkedIn.
The Talent Sourcer will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with Heads of Talent to understand specific role requirements and refine candidate profiles. The position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to utilise advanced search techniques to uncover hard-to-find profiles.
- Proactively source talent across various roles in the global team.
- Use advanced search techniques and sourcing tools to map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles.
- Think outside the box by exploring non-traditional sourcing platforms such as Reddit, X, Discord, and niche gaming communities.
- Craft personalised, compelling outreach campaigns that drive high response rates.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Talent across brands to understand specific role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records within the ATS and talent pipeline.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the iGaming industry (required).
- Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools, advanced search, and sourcing for niche roles (required).
- Experience in finding talent across alternative channels such as Reddit, X, and Discord (required).
- Proactive approach to work, persistence, and high organisational skills (required).
- An eager-to-learn mindset with continuous curiosity about innovative sourcing strategies (required).
