Associate Program Manager
Aristocrat is looking for an Associate Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of projects, ensuring flawless execution from inception to completion. The Associate Program Manager will lead the delivery of features, track project progress, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a professional who can facilitate communication between global teams, maintain data accuracy in project systems, and support the organisation through change processes while adhering to established governance frameworks.
- Lead the delivery of features by collaborating closely with participants throughout the development process.
- Track and report the progress of projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Handle and report on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Provide estimates on new developments and track estimates versus actuals.
- Identify, communicate, and monitor all dependencies to guarantee smooth project completion.
- Manage collaborator expectations and act on urgent issues promptly.
- Communicate with teams on development progress and commercial timelines, facilitating meetings with global teams and collaborators.
- Update project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reports, maintaining data accuracy in required systems.
- Publish regular and ad-hoc reports from various sources, providing input into improvements to existing reports and tools.
- Recognise, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activities, taking part in the creation of effective PMO program/project tools.
- Support teams during the organisational change process and ensure projects adhere to the established framework and governance.
- Proven 6+ years' experience in a Project Management role (required).
- Qualification in software engineering, project management, IT, or another related field (required).
- Scrum Master/Agile certification (nice-to-have).
- PMP certification (nice-to-have).
- Comprehensive experience throughout the entire project management life cycle, encompassing planning, budgeting, estimating, and managing vendors (required).
- Experience within the Gaming Industry (preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentations (required).
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capability to collaborate well within a group (required).
- Capacity to communicate with all levels of staff and management (required).
- Capability to lead projects across multiple geographies with strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, and Clarity (required).
- Capability to handle high-profile projects with strong organisational and time management abilities (required).
