Billing Specialist - India AR Delivery Hub
Aristocrat is looking for a Billing Specialist to join the India AR Delivery Hub. This role involves performing standardised billing processing for the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring service alignment with regional requirements.
The position focuses on maintaining billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting. The specialist will work closely with regional billing leads to manage invoice creation, distribution, and billing queue support while adhering to established SOPs and quality controls.
- Perform standard invoice creation, recurring billing, customer portal uploads, invoice distribution, and billing queue support.
- Process first-pass invoice corrections and standard credit-rebill activity where SOPs exist.
- Maintain billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting.
- Raise complex billing issues, contract-pricing questions, and customer concerns to regional billing owners or AR Resolution.
- Follow billing SOPs, quality controls, and regional service requirements.
- Support cross-training and backup coverage across regional billing portfolios.
- Use approved AI-enabled and automated tools for billing queue management, invoice preparation support, portal upload tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
- Flag billing exceptions, process gaps, and automation improvement opportunities to the Hub Manager and regional billing leads.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or shared services (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and controls (required).
- Experience with ERP systems, customer portals, and shared inbox/work queue processes (preferred).
- Strong written communication and issue escalation skills (required).
- Comfort using approved AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and standard productivity applications (required).
- Must be authorised to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (required).
