Cyber Security Operations Analyst

Description

Aristocrat is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Analyst to join its team and maintain the security and integrity of its modern gaming environment. This role is essential for ensuring the security of the company's operations.

The analyst will act as a subject matter expert, staying current on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methods, while also guiding the team. They will be responsible for defining and championing the cybersecurity vision and roadmap for the Technology Services Network Support environment, and supporting implementation efforts.

Furthermore, the role involves evaluating and engaging with vendors and OEMs to assess products and solutions, with a focus on CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Rubrik platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational cybersecurity requirements. The position requires the ability to rapidly develop a deep understanding of the distinctions between the gaming network environment and core enterprise IT infrastructure, and to apply this knowledge to security and operational decision-making.

The analyst will investigate, triage, advance, and document security incidents and operational issues with a focus on auditable deliverables. Support for WAN-connected gaming operations through issue isolation and technical response is also required. Building and maintaining automation for monitoring, alerting, and reporting tasks for agile and proactive responsiveness, as well as maintaining runbooks, procedures, incident records, and audit-ready documentation, are essential. The role also involves supporting compliance efforts in a highly regulated gaming environment. Additional cyber security or infrastructure related tasks may be assigned as necessary.
